I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The club level rooms were functional with basic amenities like a sink, microwave, and refrigerator, but lacked any charm in terms of aesthetics. The service was excellent overall, from the friendly bellman to the attentive restaurant server. While the location offered stunning views and easy access to various attractions, it was a bit secluded from the main downtown area. The dining at the hotel had its ups and downs, with some dishes impressing while others fell short. Despite its flaws, the facilities were decent and catered to most needs.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were well-equipped with quality amenities and linens, although some maintenance issues like stained carpet and a faulty toilet affected my overall experience. The pricing inconsistency was a minor annoyance. On the upside, the hotel's service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location, while excellent for exploring Victoria, felt slightly lacking in luxury for the price. Dining was satisfactory but somewhat repetitive.
